MetL Shipping & Delivery Policy

At MetL, we strive to get your focus-fuel to you as quickly and safely as possible. Because our 12-packs are heavy and contain liquid, we use specialized packing to ensure they arrive intact.

1. Shipping Rates & Costs

• Flat Rate Shipping: We charge a flat fee of $8.00 per 12-pack for all domestic orders within the United States.

• Shipping Scale: Shipping is calculated by weight at checkout ($8 for one pack, $16 for two packs, etc.) to ensure fair pricing based on the weight of your order.

• Transparency: All shipping costs are shown clearly in your cart before you finalize your purchase.

2. Order Processing (Handling Time)

• All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

• Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

• If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

3. Shipping Estimates & Delivery (Transit Time) We ship from our fulfillment center in Jersey Shore, Pennsylvania.

• Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days via UPS Ground or USPS Ground Advantage.

• Estimated Delivery: Total time from order to your door is typically 4–7 business days.

4. Domestic Shipping Only Currently, we only ship to addresses within the United States. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time due to the weight and size of our 12-packs.

5. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

6. Damages MetL is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
