MetL Return & Refund Policy

At MetL, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy under the following conditions:
1. 30-Day Return Window You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for any reason (defective or non-defective).
2. Return Conditions (Product Status)
Consumable Products: Due to health and safety regulations, MetL beverages can only be returned if they are unopened, in their original packaging, and in a resalable condition. Once a 12-pack has been opened or consumed, it is no longer eligible for return.
Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at health@metldrink.com. We will provide a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
3. How to Initiate a Return To start a return, please email health@metldrink.com with your order number. Once approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label via email (Download and Print).
4. Return Shipping Costs
Defective/Damaged Items: MetL covers 100% of return shipping costs.
Change of Mind: For non-defective returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. A flat fee of $8.00 will be deducted from your final refund to cover the return label.
5. Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Order Issues
If your order arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist with resolving the issue.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before they are processed or shipped. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
